30-30 Pitching Program

The emphasis of this program is to ensure that young players get a good foundation of effect and sound mechanics. This program is designed for baseball players from the ages of 9-13. It gives the player a 30 minute semi-private hitting lesson and a 30 minute semi-private pitching lesson. This one hour session is limited to 4 players per session.

Power Pitch & Hit Program

Every pitcher who trains their core muscles helps to maximize pitching mechanics and reduce injury so this program combines two 35 minute pitching and hitting lessons along with an intense 20 minute core workout. Players will have the benefit of 70 minutes of semi-private instruction along with a strength training program designed specifically for pitchers. The program is limited to 4 players per session.

Skills Program

This program is designed to enhance all areas of a baseball / softball player's skill. Emphasis will be made on fielding, throwing, hitting and positional play. This 1 hour lesson will not include pitching or catching, but players will be hitting every session. The lessons are limited to 4 players per group.

Catching Program 

The program will touch all areas of catching including blocking, framing, and conditioning which is very important for a catcher.  There will also be hitting instruction included during the sessions.  The lessons will be 1 hour in length and catchers are required to supply their own equipment.

• All 5 month and 7 month programs will be provided with 2 additional make up lesson times
