Power Zone Softball ProgramsProper training for softball players is very important in order that proper mechanics are being used to reduce injuries and increase success on the field. Power Zone Academy offers the best instructor to student ratio in the lower mainland which allows more personalized attention and increases the learning curve for its students.
2008/09 Fall and Winter Programs
50-40 Softball Pitching Program This program is designed to give pitchers a full semi-private pitching and hitting workout. Each player will receive a 50 minute pitching and a 40 minute hitting lesson. The 1 hour and 30 minute program is limited to 4 players per session. Hitting/Catching Program Players will receive instruction in the areas of throwing, blocking, framing and also conditioning which is very important for this position. The lesson is 1 hour long and limited to two catchers. Catching equipment is not supplied. Skills ProgramThis program is designed to
enhance all areas of a softball player's skill. Emphasis will be made
on fielding, throwing, hitting and positional play (no pitching and catching instruction). This program is 1 hour and 15 minutes long and only has four players in the group. Monthly Program Prices NOTE: Program slot priority is given to client's with extended sign-up dates (Ex. 5 and 7 month programs).

- Post-dated cheques or pre-authorized credit card payments are required for programs
- Make-up lessons for missed program lessons can be made up during the year if space is available. Two make-up lesson dates will be offered to 5 and 7 month program participants (Jan/Apr).
- Multiple family members receive an additional 10% off the second program
- For monthly programs paid for in one payment, we will pay the GST.
